Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary. In most circumstances, orders can be shipped out within 2-4 business days.

Any orders made after 8pm on a Thursday, will be shipped out the following Monday due to couriers not picking up parcels on the weekend.

SHIPPING TIMES:

All orders within Victoria should arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days after the initial 48-72 hour processing time.

All interstate orders should arrive at their destination within 7-10 business days after the initial 48-72 hour processing time.

All international orders should arrive within approximately 10 - 14 business days (this is subject to international postal services and out of the hands of Miharo Mura). Please be aware, Covid-19 has extended this closer to 2-4 weeks.

All efforts will be made to meet these shipping time estimates, but they cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office the rest of the delivery is out of our hands. Miharo Mura is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
